End police corruption/power abuse by having mandatory audio recording devices fitted to officers uniform while on duty

Police often have a say over a civilian most of the time, even when an officer is abusing his power the judge believes the officer without a far say from the people because they weren't present in the situation. Police officers use this to there advantage and judges pass sentencing on traffic citations without a fair trial because an officers word is irrefutable. There needs to be a type of personal monitoring and recording device on all officers in uniform to insure property duty and prevent corruption. How can average American families live/survive in this economy when they are constantly being taxed by ridiculous citations brought on by abusive authority.
