end the policy of law makers in the United States making themselves exempt from the laws they make.

The people of the United States should not be made to follow laws created by Congress that politicians exempt themselves from following. If a law is made for the people of the United States, all the people of the United States including Congress and all politicians should follow and be accountable to the bills that are signed into law. No citizen should be allowed to dictate conditions to another citizen that they themselves are not required to follow.
