George Macdonald once said, "The two pillars of 'political correctness' are: a) willful ignorance b) a steadfast refusal to face the truth."
We have pinned ourselves into the deepest corners in the room of reality. We walk around with whispers. We wonder who we may upset. Our journey is being silenced with every "political" pot hole and every corner of "correctness"; when in reality, we must address each issue with love, light, and truth. Becoming offended is a choice to the truth.
“Our culture has accepted two huge lies. The first is that if you disagree with someone’s lifestyle, you must fear or hate them. The second is that to love someone means you agree with everything they believe or do. Both are nonsense. You don’t have to compromise convictions to be compassionate.” Rick Warren
