End pork belly spending. Vote on single issues. Quit hiding other issues inside bigger bills. One vote, one issue.

Both federal and state governments have a long history of packing bills full of issues that get little attention. They will pass bills that have larger issues, and only give attention to the large issue, and then slide other issues in with it that no one hears about. These usually include money being spent in places that it doesn't need to be spent. Or at the very least, should be voted on separately. The process should be simplified. When money gets spent and there is no result or benefit that is directly associated with that bill, we know who voted on it and who should be held accountable. Also congressmen and women wont have to give the excuse that they supported only part of a bill. There will only be one issue and it will be yes or no. Clear the clutter, make the process simpler.
