The current powerball jackpot is estimated at 1.3 billion. Our proposal is suspend the current powerball drawing scheduled for Wednesday and that all eligible US citizens receive a tax free $2 million. Eligible citizens would include American citizens above 18 years of age with right to vote. The remaining money left in the jackpot would be deemed as tax and the US government would use it for education funding, Veterans Affairs funding, or use it to start a campaign to end homelessness in America.
