End the practice of barring entry of the US for past misdemeanor convictions

Even if it weren't from 1981 (over thirty years ago), this should have been a matter solely between him and his own government, and barring him from the US is a punishment far exceeding what is deserved for the crime.

There should be a general reform of the criteria for refusing entry to the US.
