End the practice of Cybersquatting, that disallows legitimate small businesses from using the domain names they want.

Far too often small businesses want to use their name or another creative name for an online presence. Unfortunately nearly all of the two word and even three word domain name combinations have been squatted on by people and businesses, whose only intent is to profit off of the ideas of others. They are holding these domain names hostage, and hurting the ability of small businesses to operate under the names they want to operate under. Not only would this benefit small businesses, but also consumers as more URLs would contain relevant keywords that internet users browse for.
