The concept of Daylight Savings Time has created chaos in the lives of Americans twice a year for decades now. The vast majority of people in this country do NOT want it anymore. I thereby petition the president to forward a proposal to eliminate Daylight Savings Time across this country in order to return us to a nationwide time system based only on what we currently refer to as Standard Time.
