End the Practice of Eminent Domain and negotiate with American people for property in a just manner

Eminent Domain is the most tyrannical law enforced in this country. The people of the US put trust in the government to perform it's sworn duties in good faith, and for the benefit of said people. This law does neither. The government is allowed to run, and truthfully, are employees, of the American people. Theft of land is a crime, regardless of how it is cloaked. Theft of land by the government is nothing short of an abuse of power. End this practice and establish laws with which to negotiate the purchase of land from it's lawful owners.
