For too long, government and private employers force applicants to undergo "PEPs", whereby potential employees are grilled on everything whether they ever "thought about suicide" to what you've "stolen" from the office (ever take a pen home by accident?). During which, they are hooked up to a notoriously error-prone "pseudo-science" machine that detects physiological stress only. While you may not be physically forced to undergo this process, should you refuse, you would be certainly denied employment. There is a clear bias against those who do not want to go through a de facto criminal-like interrogation by a person who earns prestige by encouraging you to admit to criminal behavior, whether real or not. There is a reason this practice is inadmissible. This intimidation must stop!
