end the practice of shipping poultry to China for processing and resale as food in the United States.

The recent approval to give four Chinese poultry processing plants access to American poultry for processing with the intent of resale in the United States goes against all common sense and data based food safety issues involving China. To allow China to process U.S. poultry for American consumption, when it cannot, or will not regulate itself and sells tainted products that have been documented to have killed dozens of babies, children, and adults, is gross negligence and recklessness. This action by the USDA needs to be repealed to make sure U.S. consumers are protected from the criminal negligence of countries such as China when it comes to food safety.
