End the practice of White Supremacy in the work place for Federal Government employees.

Domination of top key positions, and leadership positions in general should not be monopolized by white males, females and women of color. Throughout the Federal Government- wide this trend is prevalent. It is a fact that talent is equally distributed amongst all races, and sexes of people. In light of that, why is it that I only see the fore mentioned group of people in top key positions, and leadership positions in general in ALL Federal Government positions? It is time for action, and a change to this one sidedness!
