End presidential term limits. The US needs Bill Clinton back.

To have presidential term limits and no congressional term limits is unconstitutional. Nowhere in the original draft of the U.S. Constitution does it say "any man (or woman) cannot seek a 3rd term as President of the United States". The original constitution does not say one word on term limits for any office of the U.S. government. The 22nd amendment is unconstitutional and should be repealed and abolished. We, as Americans, should be allowed to elect any man or woman we deem fit to hold office. Had Bill Clinton been able to seek a 3rd term, George W. Bush would have been defeated with ease and this great land of ours would still be financially stable. We are in this recession due to the incompetence of George W. Bush.
