Release full details and history of the PRISM program and how it has been used on any and all domestic targets. Halt all current domestic spying programs and begin using a legitimate process to obtain warrants (i.e., a non secret court) to spy on US citizens. Put an actual check and balances system in place to watch the NSA and any other organizations that claim to act on behalf of national defense.
