As already established with the IRS scandal, Mr President has loose control over the Departments he oversees. End PRISM immediately. That information could be bought and sold for blackmail and/or unfair advantages with our Capitalist system. PRISM violates our rights, is extremely rude to our allies, and can undermine fair-play. Add to that the fact that it FAILED in Boston.
