End the Private Federal Reserve Banking Cartel. Return the "power of the purse" to its rightful place in Congress

To audit, phase out, and eventually dissolve the Private Federal Reserve System by repealing the Federal Reserve Act of 1913. Thus returning the power to create, coin and regulate the value of our currency to Congress and Dept of Treasury, putting an end to fractional reserve banking practices which has destroyed the value of the Dollar by 98% since 1913.
