We petition President Obama to create an executive order prohibiting private ownership of ALL firearms with the exception of single-shot shotguns for the purpose of hunting.
Further we ask that a reasonable time frame be given for the citizens to surrender said firearms after which stiff penalties will be enforced as follows:
1. Any person caught possessing a restricted firearm and convicted of such will be subject to life imprisonment WITHOUT parole.
2. Any person committing any crime with a firearm prohibited or otherwise will be subject to capital punishment upon conviction.
3. No lesser form of punishment to be allowed under this executive order.
No appeals allowed for either offense under this executive order.
