The Mosin-Nagant rifle has been an instrument of tyranny from the Boxer rebellion through the Bolshevik Revolution and into the conflict in Vietnam. It is a dangerous relic of the Soviet Union that has no place in American society, and should be banned, with existing rifle confiscated and destroyed. A single round from a Mosin Nagant can penetrate a standard issue police bullet-proof vest, and the targeting system is designed for multiple rifles to fire in tandem. We must remove this device of destruction before it steals the lives of our youngest and most innocent.
