Chainsaws are deadly killing machines and must be closely regulated by the government. Through the "garage sale loophole" anyone is able to purchase a chainsaw without a thorough background check. Chainsaws should only sold through home improvement where they can be highly taxed and sold at a huge mark up. Also a 7 day waiting period should be enforced so people who are not in the right state of mind to purchase landscaping equipment are allowed to cool down.
