End the Privatization of the American Prison system.

The Privatization of the American prison system has lead to corruption. With such scandals as "cash of kids" which occurred in Pennsylvania in 2008 it is obvious that such a system can be easily used against the American people. With corporations such as the Corrections Corporation of America contributing large sums of money into political campaigns it is reasonable to expect that legislation could be passed that would increase prison populations (and their bottom line) without making the United States any safer. This issue has been overlooked by many and presents a real threat to American liberty.
