End the problem of incumbency by increasing terms, and outlawing re-election.

Every two years, our country is forced to endure another round of political turmoil by having to elect the entire House of Representatives and a large portion of the Senate. With a Presidential election every 4 years on top, our political system is held hostage to a near constant campaign at every level. Our representatives cannot focus on the good of our nation, with this constant pressure.
As a solution, we need to increase all terms for elected officials to 6 years. By increasing term lengths, we allow those we choose as our voice, a chance to do what is necessary and right.
The biggest change, however, is the need to end incumbency. When an official is more concerned with his/her career, than the good of the country, they cannot govern effectively.
