End the process and circulation of the one cent penny.

Created by L.B. on April 10, 2013

Stopping the process and circulation of the one cent penny will reduce both a financial and raw material resource drain to a valueless product. Rounding up or down to the nearest five or ten cent whole number, for private or public tenders, would satisfy transactions. Example = $21.91 would be $21.90. The removal of the one cent penny would reduce the material being disgarded or lost, alleviating an enivornmental impact, time consumption, an would benefit economical stability. A Penny unused is a useless Penny.
