End the prohibition against Marijuana and consider a plan to regulate and tax it.

Marijuana should be legalized and regulated in a similar fashion to cigarettes or alcohol.

We must acknowledge that the War on Drugs has failed and that we need a new plan of action.

It is time to stop sweeping this prevalent issue under the rug and start talking about it.
