End the prohibition on marijuana

I encourage that we as a nation legalize the use/ growing of marijuana. If er make it legal, there are many more upsides than downs. In June, the Colorado department if revenue calculated a gross sum of over $4.5 million in June of 2014, and is estimated to receive up to approximately $60-70 million by June of 2015. Not only will this boost the economy a great deal but will Lower the total incarceration rate of Americans. The United States, land of the free, has the highest incarceration rate per capita across the entire world (about 2.3 million). Almost one third of all people indicted and currently serving time are imprisoned due to harmless marijuana related felonies. I we can put a stop to this soon.
