We the people ask President Obama to end the prohibition of marijuana and allow access to medicinal and recreational marijuana in every state. Allow Americans to benefit from the legalization and/or decriminalization of marijuana as well as the allocation of tax revenue from marijuana sales. Follow Colorado's lead: 40 million dollars allocated for public school construction, 85 million dollars for youth prevention and substance abuse treatment, 12.4 million spent on public health, 3 million dollars towards law enforcement. Although we may not all agree on the legalization of marijuana, there is no denying the economic benefits of ending prohibition and the allocation of tax revenue for the improvement of government and social programs.
