Ending prohibition of marijuana and hemp and regulating its manufacture; marketing; distribution; sales; and purchase of recreational marijuana and hemp based products. Preserve the right to home grow. Apply appropriate taxes and licensing fees to create a budget revenue to be appropriated to education; research; treatment for drug addicts; an education initiative focused on preventing drug and alcohol addiction; incentives to prevent impaired driving; reform in advertising of prescription drugs leading to prohibiting it; enforcement of all applicable policies; and an initiative to increase the tax on alcohol to create revenue for similar policy reform in line with that of marijuana and hemp. Please prohibit TV ads for alcohol during sports broadcasts. Use surplus revenue for debt!
