end the prohibition on marijuana on a Federal level.

Created by S.M. on March 22, 2015

States are cautious to start a dialog on the subject of marijuana because it goes against Federal policy. Even if a state makes marijuana legal the workers with jobs aren't aloud to participate do to it is still labeled as a Schedule 1 narcotic. So it still is apart of a drug screen for workers. In order to allow states to truly make a fair regulatory market federal and state government at least have to come together and say lets stop the war on marijuana.
