End the prohibition on marijuana thereby returning a wrongfully abridged privilege that the 14th amendment forbids.

Created by S.L. on January 16, 2013

Marijuana use in this country has been a legal privilege for far longer than it has been illegal. Please sign this petition. The fourteenth amendment clearly states that once a privilege has been established it cannot be taken away by the federal government.
Woman should consider that Legalizing marijuana will reduce alcohol consumption and consequently reduce domestic violence against woman.
If we are concerned about lives being saved, legalizing marijuana would also reduce drunk driving deaths which at last check still are responsible for taking over 20,000 lives in this country every year.
