End the prohibition of use of marijuana by taking it out of the contolled substance act

The use of marijuana was once legal and there were never problems. Marijuana is the reason many cells are occupied. They are there while killers and rapist are out here. People should stop focusing on stopping people from smoking a plant and focus on people who are heavily ADDICTED to real man made drugs. Also if marijuana was legal, we could tax the buyers and try to get this nation out of at 13 trillion dollar debt. We the people would like to legalize the recreational use of marijuana
