Welfare should have a 1 year time limit for anyone not elderly or disabled. Americans should not be forced to pay for medical, rent, electric, and other stipends for the entitled Americans who milk the system. They should have to get jobs- and jobs are available it just may be too beneath them. Also, a common trend is to see how much income is too much, and request less hours. If you can't afford children, then you should wait until you can- one may be an accident but 4? I doubt it. Americans lack self-responsibility and accountability, and those of us who have it shouldn't be punished any longer.
