Law Enforcement has taken the Names of businesses and of private citizens to promote its agenda to honor fallen officers as heroe's when some officers were either indicted or convicted of violating the civil rights of private citizens, or members of the Klu Klux Klan. These Officers conduct unbecoming an officer have engaged in either taking bribes or other acts for which caused harm to private citizens, Law enforcement has used federal grants through other agencies contrary to what federal law intended By a joint resolution approved October 1, 1962, as amended (76 Stat. 676), and by Public Law 103-322, as amended (36 U.S.C. 136-137), the President has been authorized and requested to designate May 15 of each year as "Peace Officers Memorial Day" It was never intended to honor klansmen
