Whereas we are being senselessly slaughtered without receiving any justice despite the perponderous of evidence including video footage. A special committee and act of congress be enacted to address and bring resolution to the disproportionate manner in which people of color are treated in this country contradictory to the Civil Rights Act of 1866. Particularly policing, imprisonment, and racial terrorism. We believe, this action is necessary as we are living in fear solely because of the color of our skin and ethnic background. We are traumatized ,victimized and being denied our fundamental rights as Americans. Further we are demanding a separate federal entity to be developed to supervise and monitor policing, police behaviors, and practices nationwide.
