America has been enbattled with the Race Wars ever since the beginning of the Civil War. This Race War needs to come to an end just like any other war in the world. Tougher laws need to be written in American in order to bring about change. By introducing a tough Hate Crimes Bill to make all hate crimes punishable by death with the sentence to be carried and read out loud publicly within 90-180 days. If a person or group are found to be gulity of a hate crime then the sentence is automatic! No more appeals or life sentences in prison at tax payer expense!
