We the people, are asking for new laws to end Rattlesnake Round-Ups, and to protect hundreds of thousands of Rattlesnakes from being killed every year senselessly . These Round-Ups are very cruel, inhumane, and torturous to the Rattlesnake, and always ends in a suffering death for the animals in question. Populations are declining, due to the Round-ups, and every year many people are bitten and injured due to the reckless handling of these animals. Rattlesnakes should not someday be listed on an endangered list for the simple fact that people fear them or dislike them.
