End redistricting. Make voting districts a square grid nationally. The voting deck has been stacked enough.

Gerrymandering is the practice of causing popular votes not to count. Many think that it's about forming large districts that lean one way or the other. Well, it's not. The parties redistrict in a manner like 65% regestered republicans,and 35% democrats, effectively giving the electoral vote of that district to the republicans. Yes, you wind up with 1 or 2 large democrat districts, but not enough to win the electoral votes for that particular state. It's not safe to assume that government will ever bend to an actual popular vote, but at least square grid districting would give voters a 50 50 chance of having their votes count. It's time to stop stacking the deck.
