End regional discrimination. Add regional discrimination to the Title VII Civil Rights Act as a protected class.

new protected class of discrimination should include “regional discrimination.” Regional discrimination should address government offices and business entities consisting of 25 or more employees.
Regional discrimination is not protected under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
Regional discrimination that occurred within the United States is the targeting of individuals for bullying, harassment, mobbing in the workplace(bullying on steroids), and should include verbal/physical abuse based on one’s region. Refusal to promote or hire individuals that are from other regions deemed “outsiders.”

Make hiring and the workplace fair and equal for everyone.
