End the religious and free speech persecution of court martialing military members for sharing their Christian faith.

The Pentagon confirmed that military members could be court-martialed for sharing their faith within the military (1). This is a direct violation of the Constitutional right to freedom of speech and religion. "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech..." One of Christianity's main practices include the communication and sharing of our beliefs about the Gospel - Matthew 28:19. Limiting our soldiers' right to such practices clearly "prohibit[s] the free exercise" of Christianity.
