The founders never intended for the people to tie up their government and waste leaders' time with endless petitions that do nothing but cause trouble. Accordingly, it is time to remove the freedoms of petition and assembly from the Constitution to stop people from getting in the way of government policies. This is also a matter of public safety. If there are no crowds, there will be no crowd shootings.
