End the right for people to use Department of Childrens Services to bully and harass people who are not in the wrong.

People should not be able to attack another family or persons by using DFS. DFS said there is nothing they can do about it. But bullying and harassing is a big issue, For example we are a family with 5 kids. An ex is using one of the kids to contact the DFS department and get us in trouble. We have been investigated more than once. Nothing found. We have evidence of the ex wanting to destroy our family, but they know if they go through DFS that they can possibly destroy our family. That isnt right. That is bullying or harassing.
