end Sanctuary status for municipal governments.

Created by R.M. on July 05, 2015

Many US cities have enacted that do not allow municipal funds or resources to be used to enforce federal immigration laws, usually by not allowing police or municipal employees to inquire about an individual's immigration status. To allow municipal governments to ignore federal laws should be declared a clear and present danger to the US. The murder of Kathryn Steinle in occurred San Francisco, a notorious sanctuary city. The accused had been deported 5 times previously, and was released from jail in March despite a request from immigration officials to hold him in custody.
