End school bullying. Schools need a proactive program to prevent bullying before it starts beginning in kindergarden.

Created by T.V. on January 09, 2015

Having a zero tolerance policy for bullying in schools is not enough. That just means the school punishes bullies after the victim has already been bullied. Schools need proactive antibully programs that start educating children beginning in kindergarden all the way through high school. This should include: how to identifiy bullies, how to report bullies, a victim support program, morals, education on learning disabilities and handicapps and, the effect of bullying on victims. If we teach children that bullying is a bad thing from the beginning of school and continue until graduation we can help a lot of children to grow into confident adults that do the right thing. The time to stop bullying is before it starts. Schools should be rewarded for developing and keeping a good program.
