End the secrecy around credit/FICO scores and reports and create new rules that dictate how those scores are calculated.

We have credit scores that we can't access freely. How can we stay informed on our own financial standing when these credit bureaus keep your credit history from you unless you pay them a fee or get denied for credit you applied for? Sure you're entitled to one free credit report a year, but that's it.

We punished if we pay a loan off early when we should be rewarded.

Your credit score takes a hit if you don't use your credit cards every single month. What happens to unemployed people that refuse to use their credit because they know they can't pay it off? They get punished for saving what little money they have.

Young people punished for not having old enough credit lines, keeping them from getting decent loan rates and stimulating the economy with big purchases.
