To simply end the secrecy surrounding the drone program, undergo a a full accounting for it's use to congress and transfer the drone program from the CIA to an branch of the military to be used within existing chains of command.
The reasons for this are essential, first the CIA is a civilian agency. It should not be making military decisions, or be an assassination force.
The current secret program has been shown to have inflicted large numbers of civilian causalities that the program tries to deny by playing numbers games such as declaring all males of the correct age must have been militants if killed by a drone strike. This is ammoral.
This is not an attempt to limit the use of drones, this petition is simply a call for them to be normalized in the way of traditional aircraft
