These laws are unjust and restricting the freedom of every American. We can not stand for it any longer and here is the list of demands:
1. Personal cultivation, possession and use is UNLIMITED on private property.
2. Fair and reasonable taxes will be applied immediately in accordance to the respective industry applicable. i.e. agriculture, raw distribution, textiles, energy applications, pharmaceutical, recreation…etc.
3. All government and law enforcement personnel and resources currently focused on marijuana will be dissolved, absorbed or re-purposed for research and education.
4. All marijuana charges will be dropped, convictions overturned and persons incarcerated will immediately be free and records cleared, expunged or pardoned.
5. A full legal investigation will be done.
