End the sequestration and instead start cutting congress's pay until a new national budget is reached.

Because there has been a lack of compromise in congress and because the sequestration is a direct punishment to the American people, another threat needs to be put in place to motivate congress to compromise! I say replace the sequestration (threats to the American people), with incentives for congress such as pay! If congress cannot come up with a compromise, a 1/3 reduction in pay should be put in place starting April 1st!
