End the slavery of the "Middle Class" citizens with a balanced budget, welfare limitations and equal % taxation for all.

As of late the hard working, blue-collar citizens of the United States have been left the burden of carrying the nation. In another response listed on this site our President wrote,"That's why I've cut middle-class taxes every year that I've been President -- by $3,600 for the typical middle-class family." This does not help us when we are paying for the welfare, medical costs, cell phones, mortgages, food and utlities for those that refuse to work (not those who cannot find work). We also are forced to pay more taxes in ratio to those in office (Upper class). While you all recieved pay raises I am struggling not to head face first in a welfare system that rides on my back in the first place. Please impose a solid % tax all around, this puts all taxes in ratio based on income.
