The root of most of the problems in the world today is the fact that most governments, especially the US government, are wholly-owned subsidiaries of big money. Governments serve industry while they should be serving the people. We need to form an official committee dedicated to finding ways to separate big money from our governance. There should be no politicians on this committee, but rather experts in the field of government, and they must agree ahead of time never to accept any donation, job, or any other kind of favor from anyone, ever, and we need to hold them to that agreement.
