End the senseless bombardment of my intelligence, and the intelligence of those around me, by forbidding anyone to create and spread ridiculous requests in the form of petitions. Petitions that fulfill the requirements of a ridiculous requests are, the petition to enact a law that prohibits any action or literature that may offend prophets of major religions, and the petition by certain residents of Louisiana requesting to withdraw from the United States. These requests insult my intelligence and should no longer be tolerated.
