1) For every home, building or apt. built in the West Bank, the United States should deduct $10,000,000 from foreign aid to Israel and turn these monies over to the Palestinian Authority.
2) Monies contributed by Americans to any organization which supports and/or encourages colonization in the West Bank or engages in construction of same in the West Bank should not be tax deductible. The IRS should strip any such organizations of their "charitable" status.
3) Israeli settlements are illegal by US and international standards. The United States should take the lead in stopping them.
