In your own Executive Order (http://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2011/09/09/executive-order-de...), you say your "committed to actively countering the actions and ideologies of al-Qa'ida, its affiliates and adherents, other terrorist organizations" and yet it has been talked about numerous times on the news that the libyan rebels are lead by those same people. We have no business backing/helping them and it needs to stop.
